At Palmet, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. All products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help under the following conditions:
1. Returns for Damaged Items
Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
2. Size Exchange
We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Once approved and received, we will ship the requested size (subject to availability).
3. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges or replacements are provided based on the conditions above.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
After confirmation and payment, orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping
